I am Cassita Browne-Torrens.When I first decided to open the doors of my home daycare, it wasn't just a business decision—it was a calling born out of my own life as a mother.

I am a proud mom to two incredible boys. My days are filled with the beautiful, chaotic, and joyful energy that only boys can bring. But my journey as a parent took a profound turn when one of my sons was diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

Suddenly, the world looked a little different. Like many parents of neurodivergent children, I quickly realized how difficult it can be to find a childcare environment that truly gets it. I experienced firsthand the anxiety of wondering if my child would be understood, if his unique ways of communicating would be embraced, or if his needs would simply be "too much" for a traditional setting.

I knew that every child—whether they are neurotypical or neurodivergent—deserves a space where they don’t just get "watched," but where they are genuinely seen, celebrated, and loved for exactly who they are.

That is why I created this home-based daycare.

I wanted to build a sanctuary where:

• Patience comes first: Every child learns, grows, and expresses themselves on their own timeline.

• A mother's intuition leads: The same specialized care, deep intuition, and fierce advocate-heart I use to raise my own boys is poured into every single child who walks through my door.

• Inclusivity is a lived reality: We celebrate different ways of thinking, playing, and communicating. My home is a place where sensory needs are respected and milestones are celebrated—no matter how big or small.
